[WriteLog] Contest module

Hi Gary,

Did you ever get an answer on the CWJF Manchester Mineria contest module? I
have asked if this module could be added to WL and to date have seen no such
addition.

I think it would be a good addition to WL as the CWJF contest sponsors do
their best to promote this contest and follow through with awards and
plaques, unlike some poorly run contests that WL supports and we never get
as much as a thank you from those sponsors.

Please can the CWJF contest be added to WriteLog?
