[WriteLog] Random CW Speed Changes

Hello everyone,

I'm having issues with the CW keyer speed changing randomly in Writelog.  It
only seems to happen on 20 and 15 meters (not sure about 10 with the current
sunspot situation), so it very well may be an RF issue.  What's strange, is
that it ALWAYS goes up to 46wpm.  Never anything different.

I'm at work and dont remember which version of Writelog I'm using - it was
the latest within the last year.

Any thoughts?
