[WriteLog] New question about radio control

Bill, I am sure someone will tell  you what to do with the Yaesu FT-950.
But in the mean time here is one thing that could help or at least  you 
could give it a try.

The [RIGS] section of Writelog.ini contains: 

[RIGS]
Com4:=19200,n,8,<===== Removed the '2' but not the comma
