[WriteLog] K1EL Winkeyer USB Problems

No longer than 15 minutes after posting, I found the solution here.

The good news (to me!) is that I have resolved the problem. Seems that
when the batteries were removed, the battery jumper was not moved to
power the WK from USB.

No power = No Winkeyer.

The bad nes is, my troubleshooting procedure was flawed, focusing more
on reports than the problem sitting in front of me. Lesson learned!

Two stations are up now and working OK, two more will be fixed in short
order and tested, and I should be able to hit Topband and 80 meters
tonight rather than pulling out hairs like last night!

I may even go out and watch the sunset over the Caribbean from our
37-foot location above the water!

Thanks for the replies!
