[WriteLog] how many still upgrade WriteLog on Windows 95, 98, ME, or NT?

I am planning to move the development tools used to build WriteLog to the
latest tool kit versions. 

I see that those toolkits build code that simply will not run on Windows 95,
98, ME and NT.

If you are using one of those operating systems, AND if you have a current
WriteLog registration code, 

please send me an email direct. I am doing an informal poll to see how many
users would now be

unable to upgrade WriteLog.
