[WriteLog] Change Bands for SS

Rick,

Do you have an interface between your computer and your radio to read the 
VFO frequency?  If not, then WL has no way to tell what band you're on 
unless you manually enter it each time you change bands.  Not enough info in 
your query to offer a better solution.
