[WriteLog] FT-990 Rig Control

There is only one instance of the writelog.ini file on the PC and it is in the windows directory.  Here is the section with the MOUSE settings.....

PC
was re-booted loaded WriteLog and tested still 100Hz increments then
closed WriteLog and opened the ini file and copied the bit above. Very
strange.
