[WriteLog] Rttyrite callsign DDE issue

The main reason I like to turn off scan for DE is in a 
pileup situation such as when you call CQ and copy something 
like the following response:

DE FRYT89ROS6K7WM45GM

In this case, the guy with the fastest trigger finger sends 
DE and then everybody chimes in with their callsigns, 
getting into a big mishmash.

If you have scan for DE turned on, the entire mishmash will 
get highlighted.

If you have scan for DE turned off, K7WM will be clearly 
highlighted.
