Arpad,
I'm not sure what you mean by "...WL prezents the USA stns in the column
`QTH`..."? The QTH column should be blank for DX (non-US/VE) stations. For
US & VE, the QTH column is where you need to enter the State or Provence
abbreviation. The '?' in the M column means that there is either no entry
in the QTH column for the US or Canadian call or it is misspelled. In this
circumstance WL cannot determine if it should be a multiplier or not so it
puts a '?' in the M column until you make a correction. You need to use
standard 2 character abbreviations for the US State or VE Provence.
