[WriteLog] upgrades

I wrote last week bemoaning that I had sent several inquiries to K5DJ 
without a response.

It turns out Ron sent the upgrade at least three times.  Once, as 
someone suggested, it had gone into gmail's bit bucket. That was the 
third one. How the first two--which appear  --as is normal here-- to 
have been relayed from my gmail account is beyond me. I cannot recall 
this happening with any other mail. Now I hope Ron only charged me once.
