[WriteLog] RED Letter B

The 'B' means that the frequency captured is 'out of the band' for that 
band/mode/contest.

I updated my Writelog software to version 10.76H which is the latest.  
And in the last few contests, I got an entry or two that had the 'B'.  
The frequency was correct but it had the mode as FM??

I did not have that problem before with earlier versions of the 
software.  I am using a Icom IC-756PROIII and it might just be Icom 
problem with the way the rig send the data?

But anyway, I will be watching for the BIG RED-B.
