[WriteLog] MMTTY setup. Seems to work for me.

Wayne, I think Joe was able to shed enough light on the problems we were having 
earlier with 10.77 with the results of his testing.

The "main" fix for most problems was to NOT install MMTTY in C:/Program 
Files/MMTTY.  This worked for me anyway to get rid of the USERPARA.INI error.

I haven't heard of any serious problems with MMTTY and 10.77 since that time.  I 
think the MMTTY plug-in is working with 10.77 OK at this time.

Your experience duplicates mine in both Windows 7/64 and Vista/64.
As long as I have installed MMTTY in D:\Ham Programs\MMTTY and
D:\Ham Programs\MMTTY_2 I have never seen an error except when I
intentionally set "UserPara.ini" to Read Only.

You are correct in that MMTTY generates AFSK as a "two channel mono"
signal (e.g., both left and right).  However, that does not seem to
pose a problem in that both copies of MMTTY (left and right) appear
to be able to write to the single soundcard.  As long as the SO2R 
interface is properly switching PTT and the transmitters do not have
VOX enabled, only the "active" transmitter will operate.  The extra
audio is not an issue in practice.

Since MMTTY will generate PTT on the DTR and RTS lines of the "FSK
port," another approach is to assign a "port" in the RTTYrite menu
(just as if one were using FSK) and that copy of MMTTY will happily
generate PTT on the assigned port (motherboard UART or USB converter)
even if it is configured for "Sound" (e.g. AFSK).  Using a separate
port for PTT with AFSK allows the user to do SO2R without a separate
SO2R interface even with transceivers like the FT-8x9, TS-50, K2,
etc. that do not support FSK.
