[WriteLog] NAQP CW weird behavior

Ok, more info.  If I press the F3 key with my exchange instead of the Insert 
key it works normally.  The red box for a dupe check appears around the Call 
field and a press of the Spacebar jumps to the Name field.  Pressing Insert 
works differently!
