[WriteLog] Cabrillo output

I read the file with WORD, and saved it as plain text.  It created a
separate file, so it did change something, although it was not readily
apparent what it changed.  It did not work before the this change, but did
work after the save.

Sean KX9X at ARRL resubmitted my log as is and it was accepted. I don't know
what procedure he used,
ie. An email in plain text or html format with my log as an attachment. Next
time I'll try using a
plain text message and see if that works. Probably for the 10 meter contest
next weekend.

Try using a single line for category info as shown below and see if the
robot accepts it.
