[WriteLog] Changing computers

Many thanks to Hector XE2K and Ed W0YK for the infornation which let me do the move of WL to another computer successfully.  Job finished!

For other's information, Basically I copied the folder to a thumb drive, moved the thumb drive to the other computer, recopied from the thumb drive to the other computer, then ran a full install from the program file.  I did need the current registration code, but perhaps it would have worked with an old code.  I do not know.

And of course I need to do some personal setup such as hot keys, etc.  Small price to pay!
