[WriteLog] Dueling CQ's on RTTY

I don't know what could be causing this problem, but: consider using 
a second LAN-linked computer for station 2. Redundant logs, no 
conflicts. Hardware is cheap. Use a 4 second repeating CQ with a 5 
second pause on both stations and sync them by hand.
