[WriteLog] Clipping CW w/Writelog and Orion/Herc II?

I've been using WL 10.6x with my Orion and Hercules II amp operating in 
the QSK mode.

It turns out that WL is sending CW sooner than radio can transmit it. 
I'm clipping the first character.

What is the parameter to change this in Writelog, or do I need to change 
something in the Orion?
