[WriteLog] WPX number problem

This happens a lot when noise or QRM zaps the ltrs/figs shift character.
Just hold the SHIFT key when you click on the first letter of the sequence
and WriteLog will convert to the other character set when it puts it in the
NUMB field.  (You can also just look at your keyboard and translate each
letter into the number just above it, diagonally to the left.)
