[WriteLog] WPX number problem

What about the lower case letters in the RTTY window? Is there some
significance to these random letters? They seem to be the result of noise or
multipath, and there are never two in a row.  All the other text is upper
case.  I understand lower case is not transmitted in Baudot.

Shift-Click on the PRP will send 040 to the log.  Not a bug, you just have
to remember the shift.

Tnx Doug.  I seem to remember there was a way to make the correct numbers 
appear, but couldn't remember if was something in MMTTY or in RittyRite. 
Too many programs, too many bugs, too many years!
