[WriteLog] Setting number of Search and Pounce memories

I use up to 20 different messages some for running and the rest for S&P. You just code them into the
function keys from the Set Up menu, CW, Rtty, SSB Memory Setup... Function and Shift-function can be
used. I didn't know however that Writelog had specific S&P memories.
