[WriteLog] Setting up another call sign

No need to tell WL your club call, just program it into your various macros 
for calling CQ and the exchange.  However, if your mini-expedition takes you 
to a different DXCC country you should make a change in your ini file.  See 
"Setting your DXCC country" in the Help manual.
