[WriteLog] new box field in Qso Entry Window

somehow an new field has been entered in my entry window and I don't 
know how to get rid of it.
It's just to the right of the L and R letters which are just to the 
right of the radio buttons.  It's the left most entry window and it's 
just a box.
It sits to the left of the SEQ field.
Doesn't do any damage, but I'd love to get rid of it.
any ideas?
