[WriteLog] WL and K3

Just finished putting together a K3 and trying to get WL to talk to the
radio.

Using 10.68E version.

I can get the radio freq. to track but I have to designate K2 instead of K3.
But Keying from the keyboard doesn't  work.

Checked the archives and didn't find much. 

Designating K3 in WL doesn't work at all, WL says no rig.

The K3 is in the QRP mode and I think I might get in the NEQP.

I'm in Windham Cty Conn.
