[WriteLog] Contest problems with WriteLog

I saw the same problem that AI9T describes below.  Our S&P report
macro would often send only the callsign and then sit there diddling.
I never thought to try and hit the key again to see if it would then
send the report.  I ended up using ALT-K to send the report.
