[WriteLog] Pa QSO Party Problems

I am running Writelog 10.80F.  I see two problems with the Pa Party QSO
Party module.

Problem 1:  The multiplier list should include "DX"; it is missing in this
release.  Further, when I tried to find the namedmul.ini file, I only found
it the WlFull01.cab.  I extracted the namedmul.ini file to the Writelog
Programs folder and updated it, but it did not fix the problem.

Problem 2: The Cabrillo Header has CQP as the contest name.
