[WriteLog] CAT control for FTdx-5000 ?

Are you using CW/PTT on the CAT port (DTR/RTS)?

FT-2000/5000/9000 expect RTS/CTS handshake ... you need at least
five wires in the serial cable (2-2, 3-3, 5-5, 7-7, 8-8).  Make
sure your cable supports RTS/CTS and WriteLog can provide it
(no CW/PTT on the CAT port).

In addition, FT-2000/5000/9000 CAT TOT menu item should be set to
at least 1000 (default is 10).
