Please refer to this archived list message if you want to use the
files that have more accurate geographical locations for many
prefixes:

I do need to put this information on the Country Files web site, but
it doesn't fit into the current paradigm; perhaps WriteLog needs its
own page.  I hope that Wayne will include these files in the next
release of WriteLog.
