[WriteLog] My Thanks to Steve and Wayne

I would like to express my thanks to Steve, N9OH, and Wayne, W5XD, for 
finding the cause of the problem I was having with SuperCheckPartial 
settings.   As I suspected, it was a PC problem and nothing to do with 
the Writelog program or its settings.
