[WriteLog] Rotators control using PstRotator

PstRotator http://www.qsl.net/yo3dmu/index_Page346.htm is a software for rotators control, and it handles just almost every controllable rotator in common use.
WriteLog is supported now by PstRotator and PstRotatorAz programs.
WriteLog settings:
- Go to "Port Setup" and set "Rotator Control" to "MSG" and "Sartek".
PstRotator settings:
- Select "WriteLog" as "Tracker", and set "Mode" to "Tracking" in the main
window.
Start PstRotator before to start WriteLog.
To turn antenna from Writelog go to "Radio" and click on "Antena to … Azimuth".
