[WriteLog] setup issue with microHAM

Yes, that was the "trick" I was missing.
Set "Comm PTT" to NO fixes the hanging problem completely.

Thanks Joe!  I'll play around with this a bit more, but it does work.
Certainly wasn't obvious...
