[WriteLog] freq. resolution on entry form

I have looked all over, the help file and the .ini file -  but may be missing 
something.

Is there a way to display in the entry form, and record in the QSO file,  the 
frequency within 100 cycles ( i.e  10134.5 khz ) ?

This would be from reading the rig's info thru the ports . .     Maybe the 
program just does not want decimal points in that field?
