[WriteLog] Cannot open a WL file from 2009

Thanks for all the suggestions. 
However it's all my fault. The 2009 .wl file was created with the SM6SRW  
SCC module. My present WL setup uses the latest SCC module by Bernd,  
DC3HB. Now I remember that Bernd wrote somewhere that his module 
is not compatible with the older SM6 module.
