[WriteLog] DL1EFD third party download issues

Hi All:

I downloaded the WCLM file and attempted to install it.  But the install
failed.  I am running version 10.90.  I tried the old fashioned way and then
with the Writelog Legacy Installer. Both failed

 

Any ideas?
