[WriteLog] Edit Writelog.ini

I've never noticed the shortcut to writelog.ini in the WriteLog V10 programs 
group before.  Never looked for it because I just created my own shortcut 
and placed it on the decktop.  Then whenever I need to check or change a 
setting it's only a click away.
