[WriteLog] Writelog/Win7 install?

Hi Gang, I am trying to install the latest Writelog onto a Win7 box. I am very new to Win7, and not sure just what goes where. I tried bring writelog.ini over from my XP box, and installed it over what I believe is the .ini file on the win7 box, but it did not work. Is there a step by step win7 Wrielog install file some where?
