[WriteLog] New release of WL

Dick,

The WL download page now has V10.84D upgrade available.  In my case my 
license timed out and I had to pony up to buy a new full version of 10.84D 
to install.  Got that done and getting it set up for the CQ 160M SSB and 
NAQP RTTY contests this weekend.
