[WriteLog] Feature request - DTR keying

I wonder whether you might consider implementing DTR keying via the com port
assigned to the rig.  This would be a real advantage when operating on a
DX-pedition using a netbook and a single USB to comport adapter.

I leave on just such a trip at the end of the month and while I don't expect
the feature will be available then it would be good to think it might be at
some point.
