[WriteLog] Problem with Macros in v10.83

The only thing I can think of is that the Fn keys have somehow become
disassociated with the messages.  You can check this by going into Keyboard
Shortcuts on the Tools menu.  Make sure that the Fn keys are paired with the
'n' messages.  For example Message02 is assigned to F02, etc.
