[WriteLog] Statistics File Failure

Using WL 10.83c, I can't get the hourly stats to work. It will only give 
me the time off. 00/00 for everything else.

There's also a problem with Cabrillo itself.  SH5 says there a [ 
embedded somewhere, but I can't find it.

Likewise, CBS.EXE doesn't like the file.

What's up?
