[WriteLog] Call Check Partial

I am having a problem getting calls to "highlight" using WL version 10.86C. 
In the LDC contest last night I only had 3 European stations show up as 
highlighted in Yellow (multipliers) and when I worked a station they came up 
in Red, but there was not a single station that was highlighted in Green. 
Is this a flaw in 10.86 or might I have somethin g set wrong?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
