[WriteLog] WriteLog.ini

I would like to change the frequency increment value when using the mouse wheel to tune my radio with WriteLog. The WriteLog help file tells how to do this. It says to change a value in the file writelog.ini.  Now that I am using Windows 7 I cannot figure out how to locate the file "writelog.ini". It used to be easy  :-) Would someone please tell me how to locate the file "writelog.ini"? Thanks de Joe W6RLL.
