[WriteLog] The Country (CTY) Files last release 11 March 2011

Hi,
wanting to update the file CTY of 11 March 2011 I 
performed the steps in the www.country-files.com
using the "Convert CTY to WriteLog" window.
After pressing the "Download wl_cty.dat...." 
button I got the following warning error message:
                         FAILED TO DOWNLOAD WL_CTY.DAT
The address used to download is http://www.country-files.com/cty/wl_cty.dat.
I can download the file with the browser at the same address without problems.
I'm using XP and Writelog 10.84D. I never had this problem before.
What could be the problem? Any idea to update the country file?
