[WriteLog] Country file error??

My guess is that there is an error in the wl_cty.dat file. TA1 shows
correctly but has an *TA1
Not quite sure what that means.  My guess is that if you remove the
asterick and re-run things it will work properly.

Asiatic Turkey:           20:  39:  AS:   39.18:   -35.65:    -2.0:  TA:
    TA,TB,TC,YM;
European Turkey:          20:  39:  EU:   41.02:   -28.97:    -2.0:  *TA1:
