[WriteLog] Writelog failure

First I would like to say that I did not know that an attachment wouldn't go through, I am sorry.  My problem is that I attempt to start my Writelog version 10.44b using Windows XP and I get a failure of USERpara.ini failure.  When I click the failure the RTTYRITE display is deleted and that ends the progress.  Thanks for any solutions.  73, Bill W7TVF
