[WriteLog] Writelog failure

The error message means that MMTTY can not write the Userpara.ini
file.  You will need to determine if the file does not exist (it
needs to be read before it can be written), whether the file is
marked "READONLY", whether the directory is protected in some way
(not authorized to your user account), if WriteLog does not have
the correct path to MMTTY (which means that MMTTY has the wrong
path to its files), or if the MMTTY plug-in is not installed
correctly.

WriteLog 10.44 is more than *SEVEN* years old (December 2003) ...
you should really update to the current version of the software if
you expect any support.
