[WriteLog] WriteLog 10.85 is released

WriteLog version 10.85 is a free upgrade for anyone who
has purchased the full version of WriteLog since April,
2010.  This excludes the "Newbie" version, which does not
include any free upgrades.  If you are running an earlier

WriteLog 10.85 includes the following new features/fixes:

* Add “COMM PTT”=YES support to IC-7200 driver
* Make WinKey driver work with certain Win98 COM port drivers.
* Changed default for [WinKey]BufferLevelSetting=6. It was =2 before.
* Add an INI entry that creates a Winkey log file.
* Update WinKey initialization sequence to comply with WinKey spec.
* Optimize the dupe/multiplier checking for both bandmap and packet.
* Add ADIF tags PROGRAMID and PROGRAMVERSION.
* Fix WPX band change tracking parameters.
* Add “none” to Band Change Window setting and remember Band
  Change window setting in [Multipliers]BandChangeSetting.
