[WriteLog] Nevada QSO Party (aka Mustang Roundup)

I have been trying to get the Nevada QSO Party module working for 
Writelog, but it ignores the fact I specify I am IN Nevada.  The only 
RECV entry it will accept is a Nevada county whereas I need to be able 
to specify a county, state, province or DXCC entity and have them scored 
accordingly.

Does anyone have a working Writelog Nevada QSO Party module working for 
those of us in-state?
