More details please.  The attachment you sent was stripped off by the 
reflector rules - no attachments are passed through.  Hard to help when we 
don't know the problem.  Please include your PC OS, com port configuration, 
radio model, PC to rig interface, etc.  Also are you trying to run AFSK or 
FSK?  With more info someone on the reflector can probably give you guidance 
on how to proceed.
