[WriteLog] Credit to wrong VFO

[Radio K0HB]

Running version 10.90a.  Radio is Yaesu FTdx-5000.

During CW Sweepstakes contest this weekend we had a few instances of an odd behavior.

At a few random times (about 10 times out of 1,000+ QSO's) the program would log a contact to the second VFO frequency, even though the second VFO was not in use (ie, not split).
