[WriteLog] How can I change mults to match latest country file?

Several people have suggested this.  It works great if you know which
QSOs are in error, but if you don't, you're out of luck.

At least I can import the original ADIF file into WriteLog with the
correct country file loaded to fix this particular case.  But it
doesn't work in the general case.
